LibreOffice fails to install on windows 7 laptop

LibreOffice has failed to install on my Windows 7 laptop. Laptop is about 8 years old, running windows 7 pro.
Have tried 64 bit, 32 bit, current version and previous version. All failed to install.
Any suggestions?

What error messages do you get?

Have you check Windows Event Viewer for errors?

I get an error:
Error 1305. Error reading from file
The file resides in my Downloads directory within my Google Drive. Do you think it would help if I moved it to C: drive?
