LibreOffice is not recording saves

For some reason, LibreOffice will only pull up the very first save I made on a document instead of the most recent save I made on it. I only had this problem once with Windows 7, but this seems to be a reccouring problem with Windows 10. Is there any explanation as to what’s going on?

What options do you have selected under load/save?

(menu):Tools→Options→Load/Save→Save

If everything looks sane there, then try resetting your profile (a remarkable fix-all action, easily reversed).
