LibreOffice Portable Spell Check Unavailable

I’m using PORTABLE version 25.2.1 for Windows and am unable to spell check anything … and receive a “No Dictionary Available” message.

en_US.dic and en_US.aff are installed in App/libreoffice/share/extensions/dict-en but none of the dictionary/spell check items are highlighted in Tools > Extensions > Display Extensions

The default language is set to “English (USA)”

I’m new to LibreOffice and have no clue how to get spell check to work on the portable version.

Any suggestions?

The PortableApps version has two packages. And only the larger one contains all of the tools of the available languages:
