LibreOffice portable won't start

Hi, I just noticed that LibreOffice won’t start. I’m using the latest portable version.
It shows a progress bar on the banner for 2-3 seconds and just disappeared. Nothing happened after that.
Windows 10 64 bit 22H2

maybe something like this : 7.3.4.2 will only load in safe mode Windows 10 pro
