Selecting OpenOffice (25.8.4.2), or a specific file, opens update.exe pop-up, running it appears to update and opens selected file, but no update occurred. Selecting “Check for updates” offers 25.8.5 for manual download only instead of 26.2.1. Running W10 & Firefox latest versions.
As OpenOffice has not changed their system of version numbers I guess you use LibreOffice, so I will correct your Title and also remove the “base”- tag for Database. Included auto-update instead.
