I have loaded LO onto a Windows 10 computer and it freezes whenever I try to save a file. I have tried all the available versions from 5.1.5 onward and that made no difference. I have also temporarily turned my anti-virus off but that did not help either. I have checked other posts on your site and the only one that helped was deleting the user profile but that only worked until I restarted the computer. I have also disabled all the startup programs.
The computer is an Intel i3 machine with all the latest Windows 10 updates installed. It has 4GB of memory and 500GB hard drive.
Can somebody please suggest other things to try or do I have to find another Office program?
