LibreOffice startup on Mac gives a POPup which doesn't close

hi all,

i am using LibreOffice on Mac
and suddenly from tomorrow, I started getting a popup without close button, when i start libreoffice. That button says The Application LibreOffice unexpectedly quit while trying to restore windows, do you want to try to restore its windows again?
with 2 options
Don’t restore windows / restore windows

but nothing works
