The download page shows: v24.2.0.3, however the last archived version is: v24.2.1.2
Is there a version after v24.2.1.2?

Now 24.2.1.2 doesn’t even exist yet nor is it an archived version, there is a 24.2.1.1 (RC1) prerelease version, see current Download LibreOffice | LibreOffice - Free Office Suite - Based on OpenOffice - Compatible with Microsoft near the bottom.
If you wanted anything more recent than the current prerelease then you’d have to use a daily/nightly build, see Development versions | LibreOffice - Free Office Suite - Based on OpenOffice - Compatible with Microsoft e.g. the now next to-be (24.2.2.0.0+) release at Index of /daily/libreoffice-24-2/.
