LibreOffice was unable to find a working e-mail configuration

Windows 7, LO 5.3.4.2.
File → Send → E-mail…

Getting this error: LibreOffice was unable to find a working e-mail configuration.
The mail client is latest Thunderbird. Set as systems default.

Reistalled TB and LO. No luck.

How can I fix it?
