Was using LibreOffice v5 when it crashed and sent a dump report. Tried to re-launch but nothing happened. Uninstalled it and downloaded version 6. It also will not launch from desktop or taskbar icons. Any ideas on what to try next ?
I have this problem, too. I just installed v6.1.3.2 and it won’t launch. Tried re-installing. Tried restarting. And in Properties, there are no previous versions available. Can’t find a previous version n Libreoffice.org either. Help!
LATER: I closed everything, powered off, and UNPLUGGED the CPU. Waited several minutes and when it powered up, LibreOffice opened, but I had a choice to open in safe mode. That’s what I did, and later closed, then re-opened in normal mode. Everything seems to be doing fine now. Some things never change. Sigh.
