Libxslt.dll error on windows 11

Hi,

I just installed the latest version on libre office on a fresh Windows 11 install

I get this error

  • I tried installing vc redist from microsoft
  • I tried fixing things with the sfc command
  • I disabled smart app crap
  • I rebooted countless times
  • I tried to run it as admin

the file is definitely there, not read only and accessible with my user

I reinstalled on C: and now it works, this sucks considering the prices of SSD dan rams nowadays
