LO Base on web

Please,

I think LibreOffice Base could be convenient to upload a dbase on a web hosting, so that multi-user (3-5) in a concurrent way could update the subscribers data of an humanitarian association from different locations.

I think I could but I cannot understand how!

I have the LO Base, I got HSQLDB, I have the IP address but I cannot find clear instructions.

Can you please give me an orientation? Thanks in advance C.
