LO install stops with error saying install interrupted

Using Windows 11, Opera. Trying to install LO 7.5.3 but stops giving error install interrupted.

I use the DOWNLOAD on the LibreOffice web page then double click the file to run.
The message box comes up on screen and I select the basic option, the INSTALLation starts but terminates with a message saying, “The installation was interrupted.” The software then shuts down.
