Losing paragraph breaks when copying from Calc to Writer

Hi,
I have a Calc file with a bunch of long form text in individual cells. When I copy the cells individually, the paragraph breaks included in the cell’s text copy without a problem to Notepad or Writer, but when I try to copy multiple cells at the same time, the paragraph breaks that were in the text from the individual cells vanish.
Is there any way to avoid this loss, as copying the individual cells out will be VERY time consuming.

They are line breaks.

Paste (Ctrl+V; you will get a table), then choose menu Table - Convert - Table to Text.

Version 24.8.7.2 on Windows.
