MacOS No SDBC driver was found for the URL 'sdbc:embedded:hsqldb'

I did look at every other posting. Nothing helped.

LibreOffice is a newly install as of today 2/13/24
MacOS is 13.2.1
LibreOffice is 7.5.9.2
Java is 8.401 (b10)

Tried an old database. It opens a window with no errors.

When I select “Forms” or “Reports” no issues.

When I select “Queries” I receive “No SDBC driver was found for the URL ‘sdbc:embedded:hsqldb’.” I click “ok” and my queries appear.

When I select “Tables” on the left column panel. I get
“No SDBC driver was found for the URL ‘sdbc:embedded:hsqldb’”.
Click “ok” and the list created tables is clear.

OpenOffice, the latest, has no issue with the file.

I was able to create a table in a new base file.
I did uninstall and reinstall the LibreOffice.
The Java is up to date.
System was rebooted.

What gives?

Thank you for any help!

Did there appear any Java warning?
