Under Tools>Mail Merge Wizard it say LibreOffice needs to restart, but after restarting there is still no wizard.
Can it be installed separately?
Does it simply say “LibreOffice needs to restart” literally, or something else?
This AskUbuntu question seems similar. It is suggested to install these extra packages:
sudo apt install default-jre libreoffice-java-common libreoffice-base libreoffice-base-drivers
