Permanently disable "add space between paragraphs"

There is a new bot blocker on the wiki.documentfoundation.org site, a link to the site now shows the blocker rather than the linked page. The words of the blocker can be avoided by writing the text of the title of the page and adding the link to the text. The bot blocker will still appear briefly when you go to the page.

It seems that the difference is the slash at the end of the URL.
