Writer will dot open files except read only. I have to save them with another name again again again unless I save on the desktop. In properties the files are not flagged read only. Attributes have only one A and dashes. Have reset Libre Office profile, no use. Have also created a new local profile for windows 10. Libreoffice Version: 5.4.3.2 (x64) This is a new problem. nothing has changed that I know of, I have been using Libreoffice for years.
Could you check if answer to this question (i.e., the Fall Creators update and its new “Windows Defender Controlled Access” feature) relates to you?
