Mistake on help page for "Named Ranges and expressions"

On the help page https://help.libreoffice.org/6.2/en-US/text/scalc/01/04070000.html it says that new named ranges can by defined through “Insert - Named Range or Expression”. In fact, what this menu permits is to insert already defined named ranges into formulas. To perform the functions that are listed here, you need to go to “Sheet – Named Ranges and expressions”
I think the same mistake occurs on the German help page: Benannte Bereiche
Please correct this on the help page or tell me where I am wrong.

Here is the current help, Paste Names
