Mixed formatting for heading levels?

Can Writer’s numbered list be customize with the following behavior:

HEADING 1:
Preface it with ‘Article’
Roman Numeral

Heading 2:
Preface it with the /arabic-equivalent/ of the HEADING 1

Heading 3: Preface with the /arabic-equivalent/ of HEADING 1-2

Heading 4: restart number based on a different format

So it would appear like this:
Article I
Section 1.1(tab)
Subsection 1.1(a)
Subsection 1.1(b)
Section 1.2
Subsection 1.2(a)
Subsection 1.2(b)

Article II
Section 2.1…

Is this possible?
Thus far I can do the above but always formats to:
Article I
Section I.1…

Edit: Are there any lawyers who use LibreOffice Writer for this purpose? Surely someone has figured out how to create this behavior.

Your question also asks for more possibilities in the separators like the parentheses in (a) (b) etc. I could not do that either.

This is the same question as 21439 (August 2013) which has not received a satisfactory answer.

Mmmh, does not answer the question about numbering sections, just explains the use of templates.
