Laptop monitor : 1366 x 768 (16:9) Max
Issue arises only when secondary monitor/display is plugged/used. The secondary resolution is larger than my laptop (obviously for presentation).
When a document (writer, calc, impress, etc) is opened on the main screen (laptop) when the secondary is connected, everything (title bar, icons, alert/notification pop ups, etc…) becomes huge EXCEPT the document. If I drag it over to the large screen, max it and it’ll be fine until I drag it back.

IF, on the other hand, the secondary display’s resolution is lower, then both screen will be very big.
