I had a hard drive crash with Windows 10 and I need to recover all of my OPENOFFICE files.
What files do I need to copy to new hard drive?
What process do I need to use to recover.

Can you recover any files from this hard drive?

An OpenDocument file (.odt, .odc, …) is just a single file. If you can revover such a file from the crashed hard drive, LibreOffice will try to open it.
