I have done something so there are new line signs on my Office papers. How do I remove them?
My GUI is actually german localized, so (translated) →→View→→[x]Formatting marks , respectivly here its toggled with shortcut: ctrl F10
Edit: symbols →→ marks

But why is it the same on all documents???
Because they are in all documents; you can choose to not see them but they are still there. See Help Formatting Marks
If you turn off visibility of Formatting Marks then that applies to all documents until you turn visibility on again.

My advice is to keep these formatting marks visible. They don’t print anyway. Having them on screen allows to check and resolve some formatting issues very quickly. They give you feedback on what is exactly present in the document.
