LO calc default view colours cant be adjusted correctly and 5 years ago made tables are displayed in falsely - some cells have one default text/value colour, some cells some other default text/value colour.
On this picture there are light gray as well as light yellow both automatic - default text/value colour and green as chosen cell text/value colour.
The right way to display default view colours (NB! not the printing colours, but for working with tables) is to set them in Options/Configuration, but this doesn’t work - the colours appear different when cell is active, idle, made in older version of LO ETC. It should not be an enormous task to correct this mistake in programming side, yet it’s still uncorrected. Shameful approach to older users.
Try clicking View - Value highlighting to toggle visibility of original format and value (contents type) colouring. See Value Highlighting
