New with OO Writer (can`t delete a frame)

Hi, everybody,

I generate a docx file from PDF for further editing (I use convert.world). After conversion, there are some fields (see screenshot) that I can’t reproduce on OO Writer. It’s more like a table, but I can’t edit or select them. How can I get rid of these tables by saving text in them?

Upload a sample file. Screenshots often are useless.

Guess: You can see a section (?). If yes, you may delete it (menu Format…). Normally there is no loss of content.
