No FTP service in calc win11

Libreoffice 24.8.2.1 win11 calc. There is no File/Open remote/Manage services/Add service/FTP. In ubuntu there is FTP service.

tdf#146386 dropped FTP support from v.24.2.

Then i use 7xxxx version Libreoffice.
