Obviously, you have enable Asian script management in Tools>Options, Language Settings>Languages. Have you also enabled Complex Text Layout (CTL) as Hebrew belongs in a different script group?
PS: don’t stutter; it doesn’t make the solution faster. Rather it turns your question rather childish and whimsical.
