As illustrated in the following image, the character ZWNJ in filename is not show on titlebar. This character is widely used in Persian language (in not other RTL scripts)

Please read this Introduction - Bugs and what it states about where bug reports should go to (but I’m not sure this is an error of your desktop manager, since window titles are a managed by the desktop-/window manager). Do other windows of other applications shows the same problem?
