Please, edit your question (= modify it, don’t use a comment) to better describe your goal. Try to give an example or a mock-up. Don’t forget to mention OS name, LO version and your preferred save format, odt vs. doc(x) (remembering that most formatting directives are persistent only in odt).
You can build a numberline 0-200 (why 1-200?) with Calc (diagram) and exported and converted in Draw. The problem could be: Are the numbers readable? How do you scale the printout? …
See attached files.

Numberline200.ods (30.2 KB)
EDIT1
Later on you could diminish the page size of the Draw file (height) and then print on several pages and stick them together.
Numberline200PageHeight3cm.odg (16.9 KB)
EDIT2
For overlapping (better to stick) the single pages export the Draw file into PDF format then print out with foxit PDF reader (for Windows) which is able to apply and alter some overlapping extent…
EDIT3
This proceeding does not need the use of Writer (category)…
To customise the number line creation, also in Calc,
I wonder if a real folding meter stick isn’t the better solution…

JUST FOR FUN!
I created a WRITER document (labels; data base controlled) for the number line…
