Office 5: how to undock Color Palette?

Office 5.

Can I undock Color Palette so it stays floating?

I can tear it away, but when I release the mouse button, it disappears.

Anything I don’t know?

Same on my 5.4.7.2 Version - but no problem on version 6.4.3.2, 6.3.6.2 and 6.2.8.2
