I am using LibreOffice 24.2.4. When I press F1, initially I was getting the error “The LibreOffice built-in help for current UI language (English (UK)) is not installed on your computer. You may either install it from our website or your system’s repositories, or read an online version.”. I have downloaded and installed the offline help pack (LibreOffice_24.2.4_Win_x86_helppack_en-GB.msi). But I am still getting the same error. Please help.
If you have an operating system from the last ten or more years then you probably have a 64 bit installation. In that case, you need a 64 bit help installation file; you show that you have a 32 bit file.
Download and install LibreOffice_24.2.4_Win_x86-64_helppack_en-GB.msi
As suggested, I have downloaded and installed the 64-bit version and is working now. Thanks for the support.
