How to use newline as separator in outline numbering?

Start typing your title with Shift+Enter as in the Title2Lines.odt attached.

In this example:

• CHAPTER is introduced by Tools Outline Numbering, Numbering tab: Before
• Paragraph style Heading 1 is modified:
• Indents & Spacing: 0 (before / after / first line)
• Line Spacing: Double
