Hello everybody.
I desperately need to be able to insert white color words and dots automatically because it is a long job and I need to save time.
I have tried the usual tutorials but they didn’t work for me.
I think my Libre Office Writer does not offer what I need because I am using Libre Office on an ACER Aspireone, which is an old small laptop.
So I am not asking you to do the impossible but I still hope someone can help.
Maybe you can tell me which different Text Editor can offer what I need.
Thank you very much in advance.
I am writing from Italy.
Have a good day
Although you don’t provide the smallest hint about your skills and knowledge of Writer, I suggest you learn how to use styles (download and read the Writer Guide and excellent Bruce Byfield’s Designing with LO also available from the same source, albeit a bit hidden). The second reference advocates what you can benefit with styles.
Briefly, a style is a collection of typographical and geometric attributes assigned to a page, paragraph, character, frame, list, … given a name like Body Text, Hanging Indent, Emphasis, Landscape*, …
You apply a style and what you type then is formatted the way the style was configured. You can apply another style on an existing chunk of the document and this chunk is now instantly formatted according to the style.
Another advantage of styles is the possibility to modify the look of all bits controlled by a style through style modification: instantly, all dependent occurrences get the new look without the pain of tracking everyone and adjusting them individually.
