Printer Color Model - doesn't stay set

I have a Canon MG2500 Printer and am running LibreOffice V7.3.7.2 on Ubuntu 22.04. The Color Model is set to CMYK on the OS. If I open the Ubuntu Printers, and check there then it is set correctly.

However, every time I start LibreOffice, the color model is reset to greyscale. I always have to set the color model from within LibreOffice.

I’m not sure when this started, but it’s been this way for well over a year. Maybe two or three.

Any suggestions on how to get LibreOffice to keep the Color Model setting?

I have not used Ubuntu since they introduced Snap, so I’m not up to date, but the first point I’d check is general settings, if the printer settings is loaded with the document. Try to uncheck (link topic is different, but compare the topmost setting in the image):

In the past I had usually two settings saved as cups-printers, which could be choosen by others easily.
