Printer configuration issuues with Epson ET-2850 printer

I recently changed my printer and my spreadsheets keep changing to portrait when printing. I have used the File/Printer Settings/Properties dialogue box to set orientation to Landscape but when printing it defaults to Portrait every time wasting reams of paper.

If I change to Landscape from Automatic in the Print dialogue box when printing it prints a reduced size in the left top corner with excessive margins to the right and bottom. I have tried controlling with margins but no impact.

The printer when installed in Windows 11 gave me no dialogue interface software, only a useless ‘control panel’ for my mobile phone. It is set as my default printer in windows.

How can I print fill to page?

If you look more closely on the Epsom site, you will see a print driver, ET2850_X64_301_2_NA.exe, which, at 34.3 Mb, is much larger than the “recommended for you” driver (ET2850_Lite_NA.exe which only does what is says in its name, Lite) for Smart Apps. See Epson ET-2850 | Support | Epson US

Thank you.
