I’ve got a problem, in my LibreOffice Calc file…
When I select a cell, I got a font size, here 11 pt. And when I select the text in it, to modify it, the size changes, here 19,4pt !
How comes?

Which operating system and which LibreOffice version are you using?
Use menu Help > About LibreOffice the button Version Information to save the data to the clipboard. Paste the data into your initial question.
And in which file format do you save?

It is an ods file. But not quite sure if it didn’t come from a Excel file first…

Actually, the solution was to select all the cells in the same time, and change the size.
It didn’t work cell by cell…
However… 
There is a difference between LO 7.5.5.2 (font size 11) and LO 7.6.0.3 (font size labelled 19.4 pt but appearance 11 pt).
I don’t know if it is a corrupted spreadsheet or a bug. Best if you report a bug, How to Report Bugs in LibreOffice - The Document Foundation Wiki
The issue is still there without embedded fonts, even Default cell format does the same. Here is a modified sample with 4.2 MB of fonts removed.

It’s a bug, that I could’t find just now.

There is a patch that “will be available in 7.6.1”.
