Problem formatting i.e. and similar

Whenever I type i.e., it capitalizes it to I.e with the I capitalized and no period after the e. I can’t seem to find a way to make this work correctly in spellchecker either.

Hi. In Tools > AutoCorrect > AutoCorrect Options just enter an AutoCorrect entry to change I.e., to i.e., and press button New to add it to the list, similar to existing entry for I.e. to i.e.

You might want to set it for English (USA) rather than UK, as UK typically doesn’t have the comma after i.e. but US typically does.

[EDIT]
If replace I.e. with i.e. is in the Replace list then I.e., will be corrected to i.e., anyway

Alternatively, add i.e. to the Exceptions.
