I have recently upgraded to v. 7.1.7.2 - was previously using 6.4.7.2. (Mac OSX 10.16). The database I’m working on has several multiline text boxes. In the previous version there was a minor issue where the display within the table used as the data source changed the text in these fields to bold, but this was not a big deal. In the new version the same fields are entirely blacked out. The data in any of these fields is only visible if you click on it. (The appearance of the data input form is unchanged). This is quite important as selecting records to work on, based on the content of fields visible in the table view is critical.
Any thoughts on what the problem might be? Is there something I can change that would make the text visible, or is this a bug?
Thanks - yes, I’m sure that’s right. I will have a look at the suggested workaround, but I suspect the best option is to revert to the older version for now until there’s a fix.
