The professional services directory at Professional Support | LibreOffice - Free and private office suite - Based on OpenOffice - Compatible with Microsoft looks like just what I need to hire a LibreOffice Writer consultant, but I see no contact info for many of the names listed, for example, most of the “Unaffiliated” folks listed.
I see a URL for a few organizations and a mailto link for a few individuals, but most seem listed without any contact info.

How do I contact them? If there is no way to contact them, why are they listed?

They are listed because the page’s primary goal is to list the professionals certified by TDF (because certification is one of the activities of The Document Foundation); and providing their contacts is only a secondary goal, which depends on those companies and individuals willing to provide their contacts (not every certified professional intends to provide services).

Thanks for the reply. What you say makes sense.

If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to make the few mailto links more apparent, perhaps with the standard blue. Their faint green is invisible to the color blind. Of course we can mouse over the list and see where the mouse cursor turns into a finger.

Then maybe the ones without contact info are not very interested in receiving contacts. Having certification does not mean that you would be actively offering services. Note that Collabora and allotropia recently merged, so there is even less contacts to make. If there would be more options some day, the general procedure for tendering anything applies: do as much background research on the companies as you have time for, send requests for quotes to as many as you feel comfortable with, review …
