My friend is using Project Libre while her co-workers are using MS Project and Excel. They are saying they are unable to view the files she’s sending them from Project Libre. Is there some way to save them in a format that they can view?

How is this related to LibreOffice?
Though the software is not related to LibreOffice (not everything having Libre as part of its name is related to LibreOffice) and your question is off-topic here: The only chance to get project plans imported by MS Project is to save as Microsoft Project XML (*.xml) (see Files of type in Save as-dialog of ProjectLibre). PS: I got no MS Project to test this.
