Why do Release Candidates appear on MajorGeeks.com well before they appear on the LibreOffice site?
These are originally pre-releases which are tested by Quality Assurance (QA) at first before they are uploaded to the mirrors and afterwards announced publicly. The latest public release candidates (e.g.: 4.1.3.2) are available on Index of /libreoffice/old .
