Recent Files not shown after right click on the LO icons in WIN 11 Startmenu

In the start menu of WIN 11 only the icon CALC shows documents sticked to it. (PIC #1)
All other LO icons neither show recent documents nor do they allow to stick them.
Same applies for the icons in the toolbar.
