How to unlock rotating inserted Table in libreoffice ?
For example 15°
Workaround tip for a pasted table from the Calc application:
Insert a shape, send it to the background. Resize and move it to the table. Group it with the table. Convert them to Metafile. Then you will able to rotate them:

Congratulation! You just save me a ton of basic line of code.
The best is this: I can ungroup → edit → group again
So simple.
Can you ungroup a Metafile?
Can you rotate a grouped only (but not converted) object?
I never use Draw
tables, but if I did, I’d move the full version of the (grouped) object to an otherwise unused page.
Now the original can be copied and pasted to the used page and there be converted to allow for rotation, resizing (including converted text)…, but the original can also be edited on the other sheet The conversion (and the rotation) can simply be repeated after edit, copy, paste.
Even simpler might be to insert a spreadsheet document as an OLE object. See attachment with completions to the solution by @Zizi64 .
