Dear community,
When I am selecting and moving an object, it is always rought and seems magnetised, between other objects and some invisible points. How can I configure / change it ?
Thank you very much.

Edit your question to improve it.
Be more specific about the “object”: is it a picture (or more generally a frame)? Is it a graphical shape you added with the various graphical tools?
How do you usually format/position your object? Manually or with a frame style? Did you take special care when you initially inserted it? I.e. did you attach it to a specific paragraph?
Don’t forget to mention your LO version and OS name.
Based on your description, only assumptions can be made.
Images always have an anchoring point.
And if the anchoring is not given/set correctly it can lead to unattractive reactions.
Read here about anchoring and positioning:
Set anchorage for the image
If your problems cannot be solved with the description, you should create a step by step problem description here. Helpful would also be a document in which the problem is visible. you can upload the document here.
How to upload:
Click on the three dots ( … ) directly below your initial question.
Then click the pencil icon to edit your question.
In question edit mode, select the upload icon.
Select your file and click the Upload button. Thanks.
Menu View - Grid and Helplines - Snap to Grid.
Also, menu Tools - Options - LibreOffice Writer - Grid.
I can’t (version 7.1.8.1) find a way to disable Snap to Object Border (seems to be present in version 7.2).
Okay in Menu → View → Grid and Heplines, I haven’t unchecked “Snap to grid”.
Thank you it resolves completely my issue.
