Hi,
As many other users, I got this error that I can’t recover from. I saw in similar posts that Mike Kaganski does miracles in recovering files from such errors. I hope he can assist here too!
And yes, the file is in MSWord because it is shared with other folks using MSWord. That said, I took the suggestion from another post to always work in the native .odt format and convert to .docx before sharing.
