scrolling page rather than cells

I’m not sure why this is happening, but my Calc program is scrolling down the page when I press the arrow keys, rather than the cells. Any ideas what’s going on?

Press Scroll Lock.

Turns out I didn’t know how I scroll lock’d my computer. Fixed now, thank you!
