Is there a panel through which I can view a list of results for Find All in document?
There is no such panel but the matches are highlighted. You can scroll through the document to see the occurrences. Leaving the Find&Replace dialog open or closing it does not lose the matches (if you used this command). Find All at bottom of window does not require closing.
