Select all columns and rows

Hello.

I need when I select a cell, the entire column of that cell and also the entire row of that cell will be highlighted.
How can I do this?

Click on the letter above the column.
Then click with CTRL + the number of the row.

Maybe @afshin only needs to highlight, not to select (as the title say). There is a similar question a few months ago, and I think that the answer included macros.
