I am used be able to export a selection in writer as well as in calc via File/Export to PDF . However, since some time the options in the pop-up menu are grey or even gray :).
In various forums 2 solutions are suggested:
- go to print rages, define and then export. Is that really the solution. I always thought, print ranges are something more permanent and not a temporary choice.
- reset the profile. My goodness! That sounds like in the early days when one couldn’t fix a problem with Windows or Linux to reinstall it … I have a customized profile and resetting it is lots of work. I consider this as the very very last resort to solve a problem.
Has somebody find another way to get the greyed out menu active again, so that one can spontaneously select cells in calc and export or print them?
Any help is appreciated
