Setting the drawing scale

LO Draw Guide 3.5 says:

You can specify a scale value by going to Tools > Options > LibreOffice Draw > General

But there is no Tools > Options menu item in Draw 3.6. So how do you set the scale (for dimensioned drawing).

Maybe → Tools > Options does not exist on MacOS
